Orly, OQ, or Tony was our       "Bow-wow". He had the coolest voice. A "basso profundo"   whose  "Attention-to-Orders"   reverberated long in parades of the long Grayline. He served his country  with distinction. After his retirement with the rank of BrigGen. Pres.  FVR   appointed  him as EVP of the PAGCOR. But his gov't service  was cut short  by a drug addict who dropped a hollow block from a pedestrian  overpass  along  the North Diversion Rd somewhere in Bulacan on July20, 1998.
