Mon joined the Air Force after graduation but not for long; his entrepreneurial spirit took over him. He resigned his commission and joined the private sector, another way of serving his country. He started the "old fashion way". He started small with guts and hard work. Mon and wife, Naty founded the AREL Gas Co. His name RL on the line he could not fail. True enough after countless ups and downs, sleepless nights, more hard work and lots of prayers, the family business has grown to a diversified multi-million $ enterprise. Mon is a sport bug.
