Vic or "Meñe" was a typical Pangasinense, hard working, conscientious, and to him nothing was impossible. But his career in the service was cut short when the aircraft he was in crashed somewhere in Panay in 1965. He was proceeding to Army Headquarters for his projected schooling abroad.
